Home VisitsDoctor's bag

Those who are elderly or housebound and cannot attend the surgery can request a home visit by telephoning 0345 013 0710 before 10:00. A doctor will call after morning surgery.

Please do not ask for a home visit unless you are genuinely unfit to attend the surgery. It is important to request visits before 10:00 to allow us to plan the day. Only emergencies will be visited after this time by phoning the main reception phone number.

You can also be visited at home by a community nurse if you are referred by your GP. You should also be visited at home by a health visitor if you have recently had a baby or if you are newly registered with a GP and have a child under five years.
